On Tuesday 20th July at 7pm, our friends at the Keep Moving Project are running an evening session of their popular online seated exercise class on Zoom, exclusively for LA members as part of our Support & Connect Virtually Speaking Programme.

This exercise programme has been specifically designed for amputees and is based on pioneering research led by the University of Hull to improve mobility and reduce falls for people who have had a lower limb amputation. To find out more about this research, please click the button below.

The Keep Moving Project has been shown to help participants improve their physical and mental health and general fitness. They also enjoy being able to exercise with other amputees, either in person or online.
