The Limbless Association is excited to be celebrating life beyond limb loss at the Superhero Triathlon on 12 August 2023 at Dorney Park near Slough, Windsor. We’d love you to join us and be an LA Superhero for the day!
Either you or one of your teammates must consider yourselves to have a disability of any kind to take part. How you complete your mission is up to you – do it on your own, be part of a relay with family, friends or colleagues or go round the course with your own superhero sidekick!

Unleash your inner superhero
There are three different distances to choose from:
Sprint – swim 150m, bike 3K and push / run 1K
Half – swim 400m, bike 10K, push / run 2.5K
Full – swim 750m, bike 20K, push / run 5K
Participants will receive a t-shirt, medal and Super Kit Bag when they cross the finish line!
In the spirit of celebrating and supporting life beyond limb loss, we have a limited number of free places available. Previous LA Superheroes have used this wonderful experience to generously fundraise for the LA.
