Founded by three passionate young lawyers – Henry Hodge, Peter Jones & Patrick Allen. They set up the firm to fight injustice; fight for peoples’ rights and the ethos of the firm is as strong today as it was in 1977. We believe we can achieve support and empowerment for all amputees through the claims process, where we strive to persuade our opponents to engage in early rehabilitation either under the Rehabilitation Code or by way of interim payments.

For over 4 decades Hodge Jones & Allen has committed to providing first class legal help to fight for justice and right wrongs. Our major trauma team comprises six Partners with a combined post-qualification experience of over 100 years, dealing with the most serious personal injury claims. All of our Partners have worked exclusively for Claimants throughout their respective careers and are passionate about providing a tailor-made service for each individual client with rehabilitation being at the center of the client’s journey from injury to recovery.

In addition, the team benefits from two Senior Associates, two Associates and four solicitors/Legal executives with varying levels of experience.
