If you want a happier, healthier start to 2021, please join us for this online course of 6 weekly sessions.
Our instructor, Emily, will show you ways to release stress, take better care of yourself and build your resilience to help you adapt to change and improve your wellbeing.
Each live 45-minute session will combine a talk around the theme of the week with gentle chair-based movement, free writing or meditation.
All you need to take part is a phone, laptop or computer with access to Zoom, a chair with a small amount of space around it, a pen and some paper.
Please note that that this is a 6-week course and so we recommend that you attend every week to get the most out of it. If you have any problems attending any of the sessions, please contact us and we will see how we can help you.
