Writing for Wellbeing with Ella Dove
Join journalist, author and LA trustee Ella Dove for this informal therapeutic writing workshop which will focus on writing for mindfulness and relaxation.
Through practical exercises, you’ll get the chance to explore your thoughts and emotions, and discover the power of writing for wellbeing. Writing is about freedom, imagination and allowing your thoughts and mind to wander. It is a creative way to explore parts of yourself you perhaps never knew existed.
No writing experience is necessary to take part, and sharing what you’ve written with the group is completely voluntary – this session is all about you, exploring your creativity and your voice.
The aim of this event is to create a safe and inclusive space for the benefit of the Limbless Association’s members and service users. If you are not registered with us, we will contact you in advance to establish the reason for your interest in this session.
