Virtually Speaking about Phantom Limb Pain: Pain Management and Mental Health with Kim Lyons

Trained as both a nurse and psychological therapist, Kim Lyons has worked in both clinical and mental health settings in a range of areas including psychoprosthetics and pain management. While working at the Harold Wood Long Term Conditions Centre, she helped numerous amputees to slowly come to terms with their ‘new normal’. She will be talking about how to manage phantom limb pain.

The aim of this event is to create a safe and inclusive space for the benefit of the Limbless Association’s members and service users. If you are not registered with us, we will contact you in advance to establish the reason for your interest in this session.
