Virtually Speaking about…How to Have a Good Night’s Sleep with Kim Lyons

Getting enough sleep is important for your mental, physical and emotional health – but there are many factors that can disrupt your sleeping patterns and keep you up at night.
Kim Lyons will be talking about the science of sleep and giving useful tips and advice to help you to sleep better.

Trained as both a nurse and psychological therapist, Kim Lyons has worked in both clinical and mental health settings in a range of areas including psychoprosthetics and pain management. While working at the Harold Wood Long Term Conditions Centre, she helped numerous amputees to slowly come to terms with their ‘new normal’.

The aim of this event is to create a safe and inclusive space for the benefit of the Limbless Association’s members and service users. If you are not registered with us, we will contact you in advance to establish the reason for your interest in this session.
