LA’s 4 x 4 x 48 Zoomathon – Day 2

From anywhere in the UK you can meet our Outreach Co-ordinators on Zoom, launching at 12 noon on Friday 15th October. Every 4 hours across the weekend, the LA team will host 4 minutes of chair-based exercise and lots of fun to keep you motivated throughout the 48 hours.

By signing up to this event, you will be able to access all of the Day 1 sessions, which include:
• Saturday 16th October – 12pm
• Saturday 16th October – 4pm
• Saturday 16th October – 8pm
• Sunday 17th October – 12am
• Sunday 17th October – 4am
• Sunday 17th Ocotber – 8am
