On 8th March 2018 Clarke Willmott are holding their 5th Amputation Training day since 2012, “Amputation and co-existing medical problems including multiple limb loss”. The event is being organised in conjunction with Meningitis Research Foundation and 12 Kings Bench Walk barristers chambers. The event will review the consequences of meningitis, focussing on amputation, treatment of residual limbs of varying lengths, prosthetic provision and developments to include a review of the trial of 3D printed limbs at the Bristol Enablement centre. Speakers include, 2 orthopaedic surgeons, a vascular surgeon, prosthetist, case manager and more. The Limbless Association will be there and looks forward to seeing your there.
