Hudgell Solicitors has established itself as one of the most progressive and ambitious personal injury and medical negligence claims specialists in the UK in recent years. Combined with a commitment to always ‘seeing the person and not just the claim’, we have carved out a reputation for providing vital support to those who suffer serious and life-changing injuries, working in a sympathetic and understanding manner when people are experiencing traumatic and difficult times.

Our offices in Hull. London and Leeds handle many serious cases were people have suffered life-changing or life-limiting injuries.

We have a strong, established network of partners able to provide high quality rehabilitation support to clients, and regularly obtain significant interim payments of damages, which are most helpful for claimants during very difficult times following their injury or illness, when legal processes are still to be completed, but liability is admitted.

A Legal 500 firm, Hudgell Solicitors has a reputation for providing vital support to those who suffer serious and life-changing injuries and securing settlements for clients, while also providing long-term rehabilitation support, delivering positive outcomes for their clients. In 2016 the firm was highly commended in the Rehabilitation Initiative of the Year category for claimant solicitors with Amanda Stevens, Group Head of Legal Practice being  presented with the ‘Outstanding Individual Achievement’ prize at the Rehabilitation First Awards.
